About

Hello everyone! :)

It’s pretty hard for me to introduce myself the right way, so I thought I’d to a little Q&A.
If you have any questions about myself, feel free to ask and I’ll answer them here.
If you have questions about what I wrote, please ask under the blogpost and I’ll answer as soon as possible!

Q: What’s your name?
A: Well, you can call me Hana. ^^

Q: How old are you?
A: I’m currently 19 years old.

Q: Where are you from?
A: I am from Austria ~ (Which is in basically there)

Q: Why are you blogging?
A: I’ve always felt a bit sick in the past years, and when I finally discovered the reason, I changed some things in my life and became healthier. And I want to show you guys how.

Q: What sickness are we talking about here?
A: Basically a lot of food intolerances.

Q: Which are…?
A: Histamine, Gluten and Eggs are the most serious. Casein (that’s a dairy protein), hazelnuts, mustard, onions and yeast aren’t that serious but I still feel sick after eating too much of them.

Q: Woah, that’s a lot. So, what are you able to eat?
A: Actually, to answer that, you’ll have to read my blog. ~

Q: What else than recipes are you planning on blogging here?
A: I’m not quite sure yet. Probably some shopping tricks for allergy friendly products, maybe some VLOGs about my daily life, some information for food-intolerance beginners and people, who just want to become healthier.

Q: Where do you know all this stuff from?
A: I’m studying biology and I was on a food technology based high school. That’s where I have the basics from. The rest is either self-study of my body or some research on the internet and some books.

Q: Are your recipes new? Can I find them somewhere else?
A: Actually, I try a lot of stuff without having a recipe. Sometimes, when I really want to have something special, I grab an existing recipe and start to modify it (for making it more allergy friendly for me)

Q: How do these food intolerances show?
A: Okay, this answer can be gross. Histamine really gives me something like an anaphylactic shock. That’s not fun. It starts between 5 and 24 hours after eating the food with some really bad stomach ache, followed by vomit and dizziness. I can’t even drink water in that time. That usually takes 1 or 2 days. Histamine really is a bad-ass when it comes to food containing it. Read more in the blogpost I’ll write soon^^
Now on to the rest, which is basically letting me look like I’m pregnant (I feel super bloated afterwards and you can really see it!). Sometimes I get skin irritations and bad headaches.

So, that’s it for now. I hope you don’t feel disgusted now and keep reading my blog.

Chu ~
