It's not easy to find a delicious, long filling breakfast while having a lot of intolerances.
This recipe isn't only delicious, it's also healthy and you can create a lot of different versions!
For me, it's the best breakfast on hot mornings.
Note: If you can't find Aronia powder, you can also use Acai powder or just leave it away. (I got my Aronia powder at the DM)
Recipe for 1 bowl
gluten free, optional vegan
Ingrediants
1 cup blueberrys
milk of your choice (I used coconut milk)
toppings of your choice (I used chia seeds, blueberrys, gluten free cornflakes, 1/2 banana, coconut chips & dried cranberrys)
Instructions
the night before: freeze the banana
- Grab a food processor or smoothie maker. If you don't have one, use a blender.
- Put the frozen banana, blueberrys and aronia powder in. Add the milk (the more you use, the thinner the consistency)
- Mix/Blend until it turnes into a smooth cream.
- Put the cream into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
- Enjoy!
Note: The recipe is really easy and sooo delicious! You can substitute every ingredient. (If you want to substitute the banana, it works best with frozen yoghurt)
This breakfast can contain a lot of calories, but it's totally worth it!
If you normally enjoy eating hot breakfasts, this recipe is probably not the right alternative for you :)
Even tho the recipe is super easy, it can take a long time to prepare. So better not try it on a busy morning ;) ^^
